Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC, 2015), where he also earned his M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (2017). He holds a dual Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UFC and in Chemistry and Chemical Technologies, Materials and Nanotechnology from the Universidad de Málaga (2022). He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Grupo de Pesquisa em Separações por Adsorção (GPSA/UFC). His research focuses on adsorption-based liquid and gas separation processes involving rare-earth elements, CO2, H2O and H2, including adsorbent development, textural characterization, adsorption and kinetic studies, and applications in cyclic separation processes.
