Full Professor in Chemical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC, Brazil) since 2012, faculty member of Chem Eng Dept since 1993. Currently vice-president of UFC (2023-2027). Research grantee 1A at CNPq. Research interests include CCUS and hydrogen storage. Member of Editorial Board of Adsorption and the Chemical Engineering Journal. Fellow of the International Adsorption Society (IAS), member of the National Engineering Academy (ANE). Engaged in gender balance initiatives in STEM.
