Alessandro Erto is associate professor in Unit Operations at Department of Chemical, Material and Industrial Production Engineering of University of Naples "Federico II". He obtained a Master degree cum laude in Environmental Engineering (2004) and a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering (2007) at University of Naples "Federico II". He has participated in many research, industrial and technical projects, for the study, optimization and design of innovative processes for the treatment of contaminated matrixes and the exploitation of bioresources (e.g. biogas, biomasses and biofuels) for energetic purposes.
He is author or co-author of more than 180 papers (H index=51) published in peer-reviewed journals and scientific conference proceedings, mainly deriving from scientific collaborations with many public and private international institutions.
